Bought an item and paid for it immediately, after some time, the seller kept giving excuses as to why item wasn't sent, after a while the person cancelled the sale, eventually I did get a refund but the cunts at ebay removed my negative feedback, issue has been resolved they said, so a person can just cancel a sale after it was paid for and you can't leave negative feedback?

Buyers guarantee, never helped me, if he hadn't have eventually refunded me, I was prepared to take both him and ebay to court and I would have won because there was no proof of my signature

Not that im doubting you...but as a buyer you are protected if there is no signed proof. When ive had stuff not delivered i get a refund right away. There is a buyers guarantee

I asked him and ebay to show the signature, they couldn't of course because there wasn't one and yet they still sided with him, and to be fair, he was only saying what the liars at Yodel told him

Ebay will always sit on the side of the seller, they make their money from sellers not buyers.
They don't want you leaving negative feedback for their sellers (their customers) which brings the whole feedback system in to disrepute and not to be trusted.

He claimed he had a signature, so I said show it to me, he couldn't of course because I never signed for anything but they still sided with him

Not quite true penners, I bought something, and it wasn't delivered, the seller said it was, so I got ebay involved, they eventually agreed with the seller, I only got my money back when I threatened to take him to court, the problem was with the courier fuckwits at Yodel

I try not to buy anything on ebay these days. It's too easy to get scammed and then ebay won't do anything about it.

my pal is fucking brutal. had an issue with an absolute helmet so left feedback like

Don't think it works that way, the seller gets the money, PayPal take it from your account after a timed deemed acceptable for delivery. An honest seller wouldn't post the item till its paid for, I certainly wouldn't.
